Post-PAX!

I am returned from PAX! And by what I presume is sheer coincidence, I am also sick. However, it was completely worth it, because I saw a lot of really cool stuff and met a lot of really cool people, and in the end I'm really glad I went. Mostly I attended panels (and just lurked the game floor -- I can't bring myself to play in front of other people, I have to do it in a bunker 30 ft below the earth apparently) but I also managed to go to the nearish-by Bumbershoot festival and sit in on a couple of my favourite comedy podcasts too! I also may have rambled about the Bioshock series in a complete nerd fervour to the all too friendly/patient hosts of Gamers with Jobs, oh man.

IN CONCLUSION: A+, all around.

Since I've been busy working on a lot of art that isn't gonna be posted for awhile, I figured I'd put up some of my sketches from PAX (some game related, some not!). And since I draw all warbley and upside down in the book a lot, forgive the patchwork job I did of rotating all this nerdy nonsense:

BONUS: some actual coloured stuff. One I can't believe I haven't posted here already -- it's my Commander Shepard with a copy of Fornax from Mass Effect II -- and the other is a lizardman. GUESS WHICH IS WHICH.
